I had an excellent experience with Edwin at Vera Cadillac. He provided outstanding service on my GMC Sierra Denali and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Edwin was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a special thank you to Ricardo Ochoa, the mechanic who worked on my Sierra Denali. Ricardo did an excellent job and showed great attention to detail and professionalism. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into making sure my truck was properly serviced and everything was done right. I also want to thank the entire loaner vehicle team. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional, and they made the loaner process quick and easy. Overall, I’m very impressed with the level of service I received from Edwin, Ricardo Ochoa, the loaner vehicle team, and everyone at Vera Cadillac. Anwar is truly the greatest!! He worked very diligently on getting me in and out. He was very considered of my concerns and understood my time frame for getting from one place to the other. He made contact via text explaining the issue of my car and its resolution. Thank you Anwar for showing you care in more than one way.
